Ahead of the Saturday Governorship Election in Ondo State, the PTA sub-committee and special interest committee under the Leadership of Chief Olufemi Omosanya reaffirmed their unwavering supports for Governor Aiyedatiwa and also seeking supports of ondo Electorates for massive torn-out and voting I the Saturday poll.

In a press briefing after meeting all members and executives, Chief Olufemi Omosanya ascertained that, the PTA sub-committee of a special Interest committee are in Akure to mobilise and campaign for His Excellency Honorable Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, come Saturday, wanting him to be re-elected, not only to win, but to win bountifully. “That’s what the committee is all about, and I’m the chairman of that committee”.

We have gathered here to mobilize our people, from this state, we are from different local governments, we are all working, mobilizing those who are PTA members in various primary schools, various secondary schools, even tertiary institutions, to be sure that all of us are keyed into this Saturday election, so that we’ll all come out en masse and vote massively for the emergence of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for continuity as governor of Ondo State, chief Omosanya said.

Chief Olufemi Omosanya also reflected on why Governor Aiyedatiwa remains a standout candidate among other party contenders in the Governoship contest, according to him,there’s no doubt. the name is even magical. When you look at the three names, you see that spiritually, he’s been ordained to be the ruler, to be the governor of Ondo State. Yes, he’s been there for about 10 months as governor. But he’s been there for 3 years plus as a deputy governor to our late governor Akeredolu who died less than a year ago. Therefore, what Akeredolu achieved cannot be taken away from Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa because he was the number two man. And we remember that governor and deputy governor, they run joint ticket. So, whatever he achieves can equally be ascribed to him. With that, with what we can see, you want to talk about road network? You want to talk about the medicare’s, the hospitals from the least to the highest, to referral centers in terms of hospitals? You want to talk of innovation in our various primary schools, the improvement making it safe by having a fencing all over the schools, You want to talk about even Rugipo, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, that had issues with their salaries at the time, It was 14 to 15 months, but now has been almost paid off and they are now taking their subvention and their salaries on a monthly basis. You want to talk about a peaceful environment that we enjoy, Remember, at the time we were talking of people going finding it difficult to go to the farm because of kidnappers here and there. That has now died down and has become a thing of the past. You want to say something about linking the state to the center, Of course, you know at the center, it is APC. At the state here, it is APC. At the local government, it is APC. Therefore, you do not change a winning team midway.

That’s why we want this continuity, and we believe that the best person, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

In his message to the people of ondo state ahead of the Saturday election, Chief Omosanya pleaded with the people to troop out in large number to vote for Governor Aiyedatiwa,according to him, My short message to my loving, caring, steadfast people of the Sunshine State, Ondo State, is to come out fully and vote on Saturday, to whom much is given, much is expected, Let us come out fully by Saturday, and vote en masse for Honorable Orimisan Aiyedatiwa so that we can continue to enjoy the goodies that we are already enjoying, and we’re sure he’ll do better than he’s even doing now. I attest that empowerment for him to continue as the governor of Ondo State, Chief Omosanya said.

I’m a member in the committee who represent the ifedore local government also pleaded with the people Ondo state to come on Saturday, 16th November 2024, she Said” all of us should come out in large numbers to cast our vote for the man who knows the way. To cast our vote for the man that is very lucky, to cast our vote for Orimisan, and to let Aiyedatiwa, everyone of us in Ondo State will be lucky, she however prayed that come November 17th on Sunday, by the time the results will be announced, it will be for Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of APC to be the next governor in Ondo State.

The secretary of the committee, Hon. Femi Kure while soliciting for supports of the good people of Ondo state inged on the infrastructural development in Ondo state, emphasizing that the only way to build up on these development is by giving Governor Aiyedatiwa another chance to continue as Governor of Ondo state, Chief Kure pleaded also noted that, Governor Aiyedatiwa will perform more and far better if voted to continue as Governor in the Saturday poll.
