This declaration comes on the day of the local government chairmanship elections in Rivers State. Dokubo expressed his outrage, stating, “Wike’s soldiers and police have been flying over my house with two helicopters. I have the capacity to contain them.”
He asserted, “Nigeria cannot surrender to Wike. Rivers people will not surrender to Wike. Let them tell Wike to back off.” Dokubo, who stated that he has never feared death, added, “I will shoot down their helicopter.
He further warned those commanding the helicopters, saying, “Enough is enough. Tinubu should hand over. Wike is nobody without the paraphernalia of the office. Let them remove this from him and let us see.”
