Popular Instagram influencer Hushpuppi is currently trending online due to his inclusion on the upcoming album “Full Time Job” by well-known Nigerian rapper Phyno.
Rapper Phyno shared the track listing for his upcoming album, which is set for release on October 3, 2024, on his verified Instagram profile today, October 1, 2024.
Remember that Hushpuppi was given an 11-year prison sentence for cybercrimes by an American court in 2022? Ten months after his arrest in June 2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Hushpuppi entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit money laundering in April 2021.
But in January 2024, Hushpuppi caused a stir on social media when he was spotted in American prison enjoying blogger Tunde Ednut’s birthday. This prompted an additional probe by US Bureau.
Rapper Phyno, however, appears to have made amends with Hushpuppi, as evidenced by the fact that he officially includes him in his upcoming album. Recall years back Phyno and Hushpuppi were battling online, Phyno even sought to encourage Hushpuppi to quit showing off his lifestyle on social media as he carried the message in a song alongside Timaya and Olamide.
Phyno’s new album “Full-Time Job” has fifteen tracks. Hushpuppi, Cheque, Chip, Arrdee, Flavour, Burna Boy, and Johnny Drille are among the artists featured on the record.
Phyno posted the image on his Instagram today, saying, “HERE WE GO!!!!. FULL TIME JOB OUT on OCTOBER 4th.”
